London and Bucharest, pointed at difficult systems
We work from London and Bucharest with clients whose software carries operational and regulatory weight.
Teams we have built for
Four things we do not compromise on
Senior by default
The people in the first meeting are the people who write the code. We do not sell one team and staff another. Our managing director, Marius Telespan, has worked in financial services since 2012: Morgan Stanley and Barclays in London, then Signac, the joint venture between Palantir and Credit Suisse, where he was the second engineer hired, building the platform that spotted unauthorised trading and insider threats from employee and behavioural data. Five years as Head of Engineering at Shaype followed, before he founded Sofitect in 2023. He signs every contract and is accountable to you for the outcome. The engagement lead and the engineers who would do the work are named in the proposal, before you commit, and a second engineer knows the code from week one, so nothing sits with one person.
Constraints before features
Regulation, scheme rules, latency budget, audit trail. We design against the limits first, because they do not negotiate.
You own the outcome
Your repository, your cloud account, your pipeline. Everything we build is something your team can run without us.
Say the hard thing early
If a plan will not survive contact with production, we would rather have that conversation in week one than in month six.
The people you would work with
Two of our engineers, not the whole bench: the engineering manager who runs delivery and stays in the code, and the DevOps lead who owns the infrastructure it runs on.
London and Bucharest, on purpose
The UK entity contracts under English law; the EU entity keeps work and data inside the GDPR perimeter. Clients pick which side of the relationship suits their compliance model.
Bucharest is where we hire. It is the market that produced UiPath and Bitdefender, and it sits two hours ahead of London: a full shared working day with the UK and the EU.

What your procurement team will ask, on one page: entities, where the work happens, access, subcontracting, insurance, continuity and exit.
Leave with the approach, the risks and what it would take
Ninety minutes with the engineers who would do the work, on one problem you name: a processor replacement, an onboarding flow, a ledger reconciliation.
